The Purpose

Sovereign Colony is an independent publication launched in July 2025. After initially entering the bitcoin space through Austrian economics circles, I began to see the cypherpunk vision. Bitcoin could be peer-to-peer cash. It could allow individuals to transact freely, privately, and without intermediaries. Naively, I believed that other bitcoiners around me had a similar understanding and vision. Instead I found them to be interested only in fiat gains. Something about their understanding of the world was completely wrong. I spent the last few years exploring various philosophical ideas while bolstering my understanding of digital privacy and how to achieve sovereignty in a world that is increasingly under centralized control.

This site is an attempt to share what I've learned thus far and the things I continue to learn. I hope it is useful to you.
